Please use this form if there is an issue with your order. Our small staff aims to respond within a few days. (If you're requesting refunds/replacements for damaged items, you may be asked to provide a photo of the damage.)

Replace/Refund Request Timeframe: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. We're not able to honor requests made after that window.

Change-of-Mind Purchases: We are not able to accept return/refund requests for reasons other than damaged, incomplete, or defective orders. Please peruse the website carefully before ordering. 

Normal Wear & Tear: Beautiful Words is made to be used, explored, loved, and treasured — especially by young artists! We're unable to offer refunds or replacements for the heavy, joyful wear of repeated use.

Refund Timing: Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days. Funds may take additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
